There will be five winners who will receive P200,000 in cash each for program development as well as ICT support to see through the ideation, distillation, and incubation of technology-based innovations useful to catalyze change in local communities.

In June, Tattoo and the Global Shapers Manila Hub will be hosting Shapers Lab, an event that provides an avenue for the top 15 teams or individuals to further develop their ideas through a multi-stakeholder dialogue and mentorship from development professionals and ICT experts.

“We want to utilize technology and new media to help shape the future and build a better world. We want to show that our youth can serve as catalysts for change by contributing their insights and solutions to social challenges,” said Bianca Gonzalez, Tattoo Ambassador and Global Shaper.

While the winners will be announced during the Tatt Awards in June, the teams will still continue to work on their projects for a three-month period with assistance from Globe Bridging Communities, the CSR arm of Globe and the Global Shapers.
