Gotta love the Pick-Up Line "I must be dancing with the Devil, because you're HOT as HELL!" It's one of the pick-up lines I see in an app that I just downloaded a few minutes ago.
I got a request to review a social networking app that lets you know of exciting events happening globally while interacting with your online friends and other subscribers. Since my blog is all about anything and everything happening in Manila, or the Philippines as a whole, and even outside the country for events and issues which every Filipino share the interests globally, I believe I would APPreciate this appAPP very much.
I welcome the relaunch of a new network app called GOINOUT - the premier dedicated nightlife social networking platform.
Trying out the app was so fun and it was very easy for me to navigate around the program. I logged in using my Facebook account so I didn't have to register, and it was really user-friendly. Easily comprehensible instructions and I was surprised that quite a number of my online friends, especially the ones who are always out on a gimmick checking out the different bars, clubs and other events places.
Searching for the app at the Google Play Store was incredibky fast. Downloading the app just took a few seconds, and installing the app took only a few minutes of my time. It was up and running, and showing me the party feeds, before I could say "I'm impress!".
The party feeds will definitely help me find out what are the great events out there both locally and outside the Philippines. It shows me where my online friends are and lists down what they recommend as the places to be. It also allows us to share photos or selfies, and everyone can "heart" it (the same way as a "Like").
Obviously, GoinOut came from "going out", and as soon as this app becomes more popular for the events organizers to advertise or submit their events on the site, this app will be very useful for the party goers and nightlife addicts. It will be a great way to connect with people of the same interests.
Your choice is to create an account or login using your existing Facebook account.
You'll see your full first name and last name initial as newly joined once you login for the first time and you're branded as one of the new "HOTTIES". I was laughing out loud reading "Just Joined GoinOut New Hotties".
The apps will show where your friends are "checked in" and where they are "goin later"
It will also display their recommended places to hang out and party all night.
When you click on a choice, you then get more information about the event.
You can post photos and your friends or followers may "heart" it. I really do not know what's the terminology but you'll see a red heart with a number in the middle and you can click it to increase the number...very similar to "Like".
You have choices at the menu for Party Feed, Hot Places & Events, Rewards, Chat, To Photos, Profile, and Search plus a More option.
Another "event" that I tried to check containing the address, date and time and information about the event.
The Hot Places & Events has subchoices like "What's Hot, Nearby, and Events. Everything is intuitive and clearly understandable.
What's Hot also shows you a list of places. There's a yellow star with a number. so I am assuming this could probably be the number of recommendations.
There's also a symbol there similar to the one in Google map so it also opens up a map when you click on "see on map".
ThTop Photos contains several photos that were probably uploaded and most liked by GoinOut subscribers.
Lol! I am not surprised here why this belongs to the "Top Photos" section. hehehe
The "Search" menu will open up a section where you can "Enter People name" and search, of course!
There is also a "Rewards" portion where you'll probably see promos or complimentary offers, and probably some perks and freebies or incentives for the GoinOut subscribers.
The "More" option gives you the following options to "Send Us Feedback" , "Invite Friends by Email/SMS", "Review on Play Sore", "GoinOut Web" and to "Like Us on Facebook".
It's an opportunity to visit the GoinOut Facebook page and click on that "Like"
My final word: This app is an awesome way to connect with friends and events. I'm sure to use this to track what's happening around the Metro and even in other countries, and be able to lurk on some online friends (joke).
It is a fun way to manage your bar-hopping and events-cruising activities. I will definitely recommend this app to my friends and followers.
This is a must app for those who would like to make their party-going more organized and well-planned. Kudos to the creators of GoinOut!
