The campaign recognizes the work of outstanding business innovators like Ardy Abello and Alex J. Macapagal. Automotive industry executive Macapagal, meanwhile, is the President of the world-class Toyota Global City.
Acer Ultra You also pays tribute to the brilliant creative minds of Erik Matti and Audie Gemora. Matti is an internationally acclaimed director, screenwriter, and producer whose work has been shown around the world. His most recent film, the award-winning On the Job, was a resounding commercial and critical success. Gemora, on the other hand, is a dynamic international theater actor who has been recognized as the “King of Philippine Musical Theater”; he is also the President and Founder of local theater production company Trumpets.
A pair of consummate professionals who have made positive social impact in their respective fields are also featured in the Acer Ultra You campaign, the likes of journalist and former broadcast media head Inday Espina-Varona, who now serves as the Campaign Director of social petition platform Change.org Philippines, and multi-awarded race car driver Jean-Pierre “JP” Tuason, who is at the forefront of road safety advocacy initiatives, having founded the Tuason Racing School and its Driver Development program.
Also recognized are tech-smart achievers Abe Olandres and Inanc Balci. A professional blogger, new media consultant, and tech entrepreneur, Olandres is the founder of popular tech blog YugaTech and the Country Manager of Nuffnang Philippines. Balci, meanwhile, is a savvy e-commerce entrepreneur who created Lazada, the fastest-growing online shopping site in the Philippines.
